in Gaolan Port National Petrochemical Industrial Park (Zhuhai,
Guangdong), has a total investment of 300 million RMB and an annual
production capacity of 22,000 tons of eco-friendly flame
retardants. More than 30% of the company's employees have a
bachelor's degree or above. The company collaborates with
institutes like the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Sun Yat-sen
University. Specializing in phosphorus-based, nitrogen-based, and
intumescent flame retardants (9 product series), its solutions are
applied in PP, PA, TPE substrates for appliances, automotive,
electronics, and cables. Certified with ISO9001, RoHS, and REACH
compliance, Complord holds multiple patents for high-performance
flame retardant technologies.
Product Introduction:
HF-T1020 is a new type of triazine macromolecular compound, mainly
used as a carbon source for
halogen-free intumescent flame retardants. Compared with
traditional pentaerythritol carbonizing agents, HF
-T1020 has a high decomposition temperature, extremely low water
and oil solubility, no migration and
precipitation, and a wider range of applications. T1020 has
excellent carbonization effect and can be
compounded with acid sources such as ammonium polyphosphate and gas
sources to form a halogen-free
intumescent flame retardant. It is widely used in polyolefin
plastics, as well as plastics such as polyester and
polyamide, as well as products that require flame retardancy such
as coatings and fabric coatings.
Product advantages:
(1) Very low water solubility, not easy to hydrolyze or
precipitate;
(2) The decomposition temperature is high and can adapt to higher
processing temperatures;
(3) Halogen-free and environmentally friendly, it can meet the
requirements of environmental protection
standards such as RoHS and REACH;
(4) Good dispersion effect, little impact on product appearance and
product fluidity.
