Thiophenol Antioxidant Car Automotive Engine Oil Additives Customized

BSD5043 Thiophenol antioxidant is a sulfur-phenolic high-efficiency antioxidant, produced by the vulcanization reaction and refined

treatment of mixed phenols and vulcanizing agents. It is a yellow transparent viscous liquid with excellent

antioxidant and anti-wear properties.

Product Features:

• Excellent anti-oxidation and anti-wear performance.
• It has good compatibility and antioxidant synergistic effect when combined with aromatic amine antioxidants.
• Adding 0.5% of this product to amine-based antioxidants in internal combustion engine oils can upgrade the oil by one level.

Applications and Recommended Dosage:

• Suitable for formulating various types of internal combustion engine oils, gear oils, and industrial lubricants such as turbine oils, transformer oils, hydraulic oils, and machine tool oils.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0%.

Product Appearance

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
