Product Description
ER309 and ER309L are austenitic stainless steel welding wires designed for welding of stainless steel and carbon steel dissimilar materials, especially suitable for scenarios with high chromium and high corrosion resistance requirements.
Core difference:
ER309L has a lower carbon content (ultra-low carbon design),
significantly reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion.
Both contain high chromium (23%+), giving the weld strong oxidation and acid resistance.
