Application

Product configuration

Coating powder recovery system has a number of configurations, you can choose: big cyclone recovery, small cyclone recovery, filter backpack recovery, according to product needs or investment needs to choose the appropriate product configuration.
Thickness/density of heat insulation board for curing and drying furnace body can be selected:
100mm, 120mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, according to the product temperature requirements or investment needs to choose the appropriate thickness/density product configuration.
The suspension line has a number of track chain options such as: standard chain, heavy chain, storage conveyor chain, according to the weight of the product to choose to match the appropriate chain product configuration.

Argument

1. Pre-treatment equipment:
Processing tank size: according to the size of the workpiece and output to determine,
Treatment temperature: degreasing, phosphating and other treatment temperatures are generally 40-60 ℃.
Processing time: degreasing time 3-10 minutes, phosphating time 3-5 minutes.

2. Powder spraying equipment
Number of spray guns: Usually 4-12, depending on the width of the production line and spraying requirements.
Gun voltage: generally 60-90kV.
Spray gun powder output: can be adjusted in the range of 50-500g /min.
Spray room wind speed: maintain at 0.3-0.6m /s to ensure effective powder adhesion and no dust spill.

3. Drying curing equipment
Drying temperature: generally 180-220 ℃, different powder coating curing temperature is different.
Drying time: Usually 10-30 minutes.
Heating power: According to the size of the drying room and heating speed needs, from tens of kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts.

4. Conveying equipment
Conveying speed: generally 1-5m /min, can be adjusted according to the production beat.
Conveying load: According to the weight of the workpiece, such as 50-500kg per meter.
Conveyor chain pitch: common 100mm, 150mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, etc.

5. Control system
Degree of automation: such as the realization of key start, automatic fault diagnosis and alarm functions.
Data acquisition frequency: production data, such as temperature, speed, voltage, etc. are collected every minute.
Control accuracy: temperature control accuracy of ±2℃, speed control accuracy of ±0.1m/min.
