SC TYPE:Single lip,single spring, steel farme wrapped in rubber,rotating seal,used in the occasion of low pressure without dust and pollution.Maximum pressure 0.03 MPA(0.3/ Kgf/cm2).

Materials

Main material: generally made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluorine Rubber (FKM). NBR has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance and certain temperature resistance, which can meet the needs of most of the conventional working environment; fluorine rubber has more excellent high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, which is suitable for some of the more demanding working conditions.

Nitrile rubber: good resistance to many kinds of lubricating oils and greases, wide range of working temperature, can work in the environment from - 40℃ to 120℃, and has good abrasion resistance and aging resistance, can meet the sealing needs of general industrial equipment.

Fluorine Rubber: It can maintain stable performance under extreme temperatures from - 26℃ to 250℃, with excellent resistance to almost all lubricants, fuel oils and chemical media, and excellent aging and ozone resistance, suitable for high temperature and high corrosion of harsh working conditions.
