SC TC
TC TYPE:Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring. These lips can
increase the sealing effect and prevent oil leakage. The steel
skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low
pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with
light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
Material Characteristics
Multiple material choices: It can be made by different rubber
materials, such as Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM),
Silicone Rubber (SI) and so on. Nitrile rubber TC type oil seals
have good oil resistance, strong abrasion resistance, relatively
affordable, commonly used in general industrial equipment and
automotive lubricating oil seals; Fluoroelastomer TC type oil seals
can be adapted to higher temperatures and more corrosive chemical
environments; Silicone rubber TC type oil seals have excellent high
and low temperature resistance and good electrical insulation
properties.
