The D-series air cooler, also known as an air cooler, is an effective cooling device that is suitable for use in various cold storages such as civil cold storages or combined cold storages. The D-series air cooler comes in three types: DL, DD, and DJ, which are designed to be suitable for cold storages with different storage temperatures.
The D-series air cooler has numerous advantages that make it a preferred choice for many individuals. Some of these benefits include its compact structure, light weight, uniform storage temperature, high efficiency, and it doesn't take up any extra cold storage area.
Due to its powerful cooling capabilities, the D-series air cooler can quickly cool down the food that is being stored in the cold storage. This significantly improves the freshness of the food and ensures that it stays fresh for a longer period of time.
Our shell is made using either plastic spraying process or embossed aluminum plate for a beautiful appearance and strong corrosion resistance, with a plastic sprayed surface.
To reduce the wind-side resistance, we have arranged the coil in a novel way. After installation, our copper tube is tightly attached to the fin through mechanical expansion. This reduces the contact thermal resistance and improves heat transfer efficiency.
Our products undergo pressure testing and are then cleaned in the tube using trichloroethylene. This removes any oil, moisture or oxide scale that may have accumulated in the tube.
We selected a special fan motor with the ability to handle humid and low temperature conditions. It has low power consumption, large air volume, low noise, and a long range to ensure proper operation.
We use a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube that has strong insulation. It is inserted into the coil, and the spacing distribution and power design are reasonable, resulting in short defrosting time and excellent performance.
Our products are designed with a slot-type hanger for easy lifting. Finally, all are nitrogen-filled and pressure-maintained before leaving the factory.
