| Test Method | (1) The top and five surfaces of the test sample are sprayed with water in turn. (2) When the shell is tested in test a) and test b), the water temperature should be maintained at (80±5)℃. (3) For small enclosures (maximum size ≤ 250 mm): The enclosure should be installed on the test device. Rotation speed: (5±1) r/min. Spray angle: 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°. The test time for each position is 30 seconds. (4) For large enclosures (maximum size ≥ 250 mm): The enclosure should be installed according to the intended use. The entire outer surface of the enclosure will be sprayed. Spray direction: Spray from all directions to cover the entire surface of the enclosure. The spray angle should be as perpendicular to the spray surface as possible. The distance between the nozzle and the test sample under test conditions is (175±25) mm, at least 3 minutes. |
