Product description

Dust ring: generally a double-lip dust ring, the main function is to prevent dust, dirt, sand and metal chips

from entering the hydraulic cylinder, protect the guide element, avoid scratches, and extend the service life

of the seal. The sealing lip facing the medium can reduce the residual oil film.

Its polyurethane material has good properties in dry friction, can increase wear resistance,

and has good resistance to ozone and radiation. The operating temperature range is usually -35 to 100℃,

and the surface speed generally does not exceed 2m/s.

Piston rod seal: It is a lip seal with two sealing lips and a tight fit at the outer diameter.

There is an additional lubricant between the two lips, which can greatly prevent dry friction and wear.

It has the characteristics of impact resistance and extrusion resistance,

and can improve the sealing performance under zero pressure.

The working pressure generally does not exceed 40Mpa, the working temperature range is -35 to 110℃,

and the surface speed does not exceed 0.5m/s.

Hydraulic buffer: used to absorb impact and fluctuating pressure under high load,

isolate high-temperature fluids, and improve the durability of seals. Its pressure peak can reach 100Mpa.

Since there is a special shape slot on the sliding lip that can release the back pressure,

it can eliminate the pressure between the piston rod seal and the buffer,

and transfer the pressure formed between the main seal and the buffer seal back to the system.
