ASME SA209 TP304 Stainless Steel Embedded Fin Tube Fin Type G With Aluminum 1060 Fin
Embedded finned tube is a kind of high-efficiency enhanced heat transfer element. This product consists of a base tube made of stainless steel 304 and aluminum fins. By embedding the aluminum fins into the prefabricated grooves on the surface of the stainless steel base tube, a close mechanical combination of the base tube and the fins is achieved. This structure combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the high strength characteristics of the embedded process, and is widely used in heat exchange equipment under high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments.
Corrosion resistance. The stainless steel base tube and fins resist acid, alkali, salt spray and high temperature oxidation, and have a service life of up to 15 to 20 years.
High mechanical strength. The embedded process ensures that the fins do not fall off under high pressure (≤30 MPa) and vibration environments. The finned tube will become more and more firm during use.
G Type Embedded Finned Tube is combined with two different
materials
Core tube material: carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel,
brass, copper, copper-nickel alloy, aluminum bronze, nickel alloy.

Application
Acid gas cooler: To handle natural gas or refinery gas containing H₂S and CO₂ (such as hydrodesulfurization unit), 316L stainless steel is used to prevent pitting corrosion.
High temperature reactor heat exchange: To cool high temperature process fluids (≤600℃) in catalytic reforming and ethylene cracking, 310S stainless steel base pipes are selected.
Gas turbine waste heat boiler: To recover the heat of 400~550℃ flue gas, the fins need to be resistant to high temperature oxidation
Nuclear power plant feed water heater: To resist radiation oxidation, low carbon austenitic stainless steel (such as 304L) is used.
Seawater cooler: Stainless steel resists seawater chloride ion corrosion, and embedded fins avoid the risk of leakage at the weld.
