About the process:
Dewaxing casting, also known as lost wax casting or investment casting precision casting, need to first use aluminum mold or film injection wax mold, through the wax mold to copy the mold cavity of silica sol shell mold, and then melt the high temperature molten steel into the mold cavity to get the same shape as the wax mold casting. Investment casting process can produce precision, complex, zero casting parts, tolerance accuracy requirements in plus or minus 0.2-0.5mm can be used directly without processing.
