Classification of woodworking dust collectors
Woodworking dust collector can be divided into indoor dust collector and outdoor

dust collector according to the device mode. The indoor dust collector comprises

a common bag type vacuum cleaner and a pipe type filter; The outdoor dust collector

includes the straight drop dust collector and the pulse module dust collector. In addition,

according to the dust removal method can also be divided into positive pressure dust

removal and negative pressure dust removal.
Wood factory industrial dust removal equipment is based on suction under negative

pressure. The pipeline system is connected to the woodworking machinery and the

filtration system, and the fan works to produce negative pressure in the pipeline, thereby

inhaling wood chips, dust and other particles into the pipeline. In the filtration system,

when the air flow passes through the diversion bin of the bag filter, the flow rate is reduced,

the heavier wood particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity, and the lighter

and fine dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. With the continuous filtration

condition, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the system

resistance increases. At this time, the automatic pulse cleaning device starts, and the filter

bag is cleaned by pulse amplitude and frequency set by the pulse controller to maintain

the dust removal efficiency.
