This varying magnetic field induces a corresponding excitation current in the coil of the probe, which is transmitted to the instrument through wires. After analysis and comparison by the central circuit of the instrument, the quality status of the workpiece under test is intuitively displayed on the screen. Meanwhile, signals indicating that the hardness of the workpiece is qualified, exceeds the upper limit of the hardness range, or is below the lower limit of the hardness range are transmitted to the automatic sorting mechanism, thereby realizing the automatic sorting of the workpiece under test based on hardness.
