Put in the milling cutter, first turn on the power switch of the milling cutter, then close both ends of the pipe and apply appropriate pressure until there are continuous chips at both ends, remove the pressure,which can be improved by adjusting the straightness and the elastic slip of the pipe; the gap between the two ends of the pipe should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be milled again until the above requirements are met.

Welding Applications: Plastic pipe welding can be performed with the use of heat or it can be performed through use of a chemical solvent, depending on the type of plastics being fused. With heat, a plastic is softened to make it pliable.

There are two types of plastics – thermosets and thermoplastics. Thermosets is a type of plastic that cannot be welded because they can't be re-molded or reheated after the plastic is initially formed. In other words, once they are formed, even if they are exposed to heat again, they are no longer affected by the heat.
