Instruction

1) Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipe and fittings made of HDPE, PVDF and PP material.

2) Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planning tool, heating plate and support.

3) Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system.

9) Separate two - channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.

Butt Fushion Welding Machine Technical data:

Welding:

1. Place plastic pipe into clamping frame and fasten pipe firmly, leaving 5-8cm gap.

2. Install milling Cutter into frame of machine, turn feeding wheel forward to

enhance strength for milling. After milling is finished, the milling cutter is

withdrawn, keeping pipe section is smooth.

3. Heating Pipe end. While the heater reaches constant temperature, place the Heater into the frame of machine for heating pipe end, which the controlled pressure and temperature are based on pipe diameter’s size and environmental temperature.

4. Butt Welding. After pipe end is heated, move the heater away rapidly, then butt joint of two pipe ends is done quickly by hydraulic unit, which the butt joint pressure force is adjusted according to pipe diameter’s size and environmental temperature.When welding temperature is reduced to environmental temperature, moving the pipe away, Full butt joint strength is the same as the strength of itself , or more better strength.
