Chemical Pesticides Plastic Packaging Large Bottles Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine

This machine consists of three primary stations: injection perform, blowing/stretching, and product release. Raw materials are introduced from the hopper into the injection screw, which molds them into preforms. These preforms are then rotated to the blow/stretch station, where they are expanded using their inherent heat, avoiding the need for reheating. Once the products are formed, they are rotated to the release station, where they are automatically ejected. This fully automated system operates with a rotating cycle, minimizing waste and eliminating the need for external preform purchases, while producing smooth and attractive final products.
