WPC PVC Wooden Door Frame Making Machine

General Introduction:

Compounding: Wood fiber/flour and polymer resins are fed into the extruder and thoroughly mixed.

Extrusion: The WPC compound is extruded through a die to produce the door frame profile.

Calibration: The extruded profile passes through a calibration box to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Cutting & Machining: The extruded lengths are cut and machined as per the door frame design.

Assembly: The frame components are assembled and any additional accessories are attached.

Packaging: The finished door frames are packaged and prepared for shipping.

HSJZ-65/132 Twin Screw Extruder

This extruder is designed specially for processing Higher Percent Calcium Mixed PVC Material, to manufacture WPC PVC Profile. The extruder installs with 37 kw driving motor , which will produce 150-250kg/h. Our SCREW & BARREL it has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Mould

The Full-Set mould includes with Hot-extrusion Die Head, and Vacuum Cooling Shaping Mould and 6m-long Water bathing tank, for efficient cooling down the frame.

Vacuum Cooling Platform

Vacuum Cooling Platform is length-9000mm designed. Working with chilled water will quickly shape and cool down the frame. Installed with turbo vacuum pump to guarantee the frame well-shaped.

Traction Haul-off Machine

the Haul off machine is used for claimping the product to moving forward.Stronge force haul off machine with high quality rubber caterpillar is necessary for making WPC door frame.

Automatic Cutting Machine

The Cutting machine adopts blades cutter, with PLC-smart-panel to realize automatic cutting. Cooperated with an Omron Encoder, it will cut the frame at your set length. It automatically mark the quantity of the cutting pieces. Auto-Alarm system will work if any fault happens.

Automatic Stacker

The Stacker machine is pneumatically controlled by two cylinders. It will be able to discharge the frames after cutting automatically, which greatly reduce the labor cost. It is safe and reliable designed, operation is easy and convenient.
