Brief Introduction of the Mixer Combination:

The mixer combination is used to prepare raw material, it has heating pot and cooling pot. Through the spiral loader, the raw material enters the heating pot. It will rotate and increase the inner temperature to achieve best mixture performance. When its temperature reaches the set temperature, it will enter the cooling pot. In the cooling pot, the mixture will decrease the temperature getting the stable raw meaterial mixture. For the PVC and WPC product production, the mixer combination is necessary. Only the mixture could produce best final product with uniform gloss and surface. For the 500/1000L mixer combination, it could provide mixed material for two extrusion line at the same time. Our machine has 18 months warranty and lifelong after-sales services.
