TFT-LCD coming out from indoor to outdoor, waterproof is an important feature for this application, besides, hight brightness is also encential for dustfree outdoor LCD digital signage, it should be in 1500nits or higher so can be readable during day time, this will cause another problem need to solved, heat ventilation, with such high brightness screen working all the time, it need to have air to come in and go to take out heat all the time, air should have a running circle inside the metal chassis, so the inside space can not be too small. The best solution is with an air-conditioner inside to take heating, if somebody want to save cost, with some fans inside and temperature sensor to detect the screen working temperature is a must for outdoor wifi digital signage totem.

Man-machine solution is also on hot demand, so touch screen solution is standby, for screen smaller than 32inch, we apply capacitive touch screen, and will do G+F PCAP touch screen for screen more than 43inch, for one reason to help to save cost, for another reason, can keep the same IP65 waterproof grade while keeping interaction function.

All our products have 1 year warranty, and for outdoor lcd advertising display kiosk, we usually install both monitor motherboard and system motherboard, in case any board has problem, can be replaced and repaired quite easily as the inside circiut is very complicated. Monitor board has HDMI in, DVI in and VGA in, it support any type of media player box to connect to.
