Hydraulic pump: The hydraulic pump is responsible for converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. It generates fluid flow by rotating mechanical elements (such as gears, plungers or blades). Control unit: The electronic pump system is usually equipped with a control unit to monitor and control the operation of the hydraulic system. The control unit can adjust the pump speed and the working pressure of the hydraulic system according to the operator's instructions or preset programs to meet the needs of different working conditions.
Sensors and feedback mechanisms: Electronic pump systems can also be equipped with sensors and feedback mechanisms to monitor the working status of the hydraulic system and the position or load of the actuator. These sensors can provide real-time data to the control unit for operations such as fault diagnosis, performance optimization and safety protection.
In general, the electronic pump system drives the hydraulic system through an electric pump, converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and monitors and controls the hydraulic system through components such as control units and sensors.
