Waste Soil Construction Waste Sorting Plant Gravel Crusher Recycle Line
Product Description:
Construction Waste Sorting Plant is a facility specially used to
process construction waste. It collects construction waste
including: slag, waste concrete, decoration waste, demolition
waste, engineering mud, waste masonry and gravel, brick fragments,
waste mortar, mud, asphalt blocks, waste plastics, scrap metal,
etc. Classification, sorting and processing to achieve resource
recycling and reduce environmental impact.
Equipment and processes:
Construction Waste Sorting Plant is equipped with a series of efficient equipment and processes to
achieve effective treatment and resource recycling of construction
waste.
1. Conveyor belt system: used to transport construction waste from
the feed port to different processing units.
Pretreatment unit: used to remove large and dangerous items such as
metal, wood, glass, etc.
2. Sorting system: Use labor or machines to classify and sort
construction waste to separate different types of waste.
3. Crushing and grinding equipment: used to crush and grind
construction waste for better subsequent processing.
4. Separation equipment: separate recyclable materials (such as
metal, plastic, paper, etc.) from non-recyclable materials in
construction waste.
5. Compression equipment: used to compress construction waste to
reduce its volume and facilitate transportation and storage.
6. Recycling equipment: used to regenerate recyclable materials and
convert them into reusable raw materials.
Advantage:
1. Easy to operate. The mobile crushing and recycling equipment is
fully equipped, quick to install, and simple to operate and
control. It can be operated and controlled in a single stage or in
a multi-stage chain control.
2. Eliminate the cost of transporting construction waste and
completely eliminate the transportation costs incurred in the
process of transporting construction waste. This is very important
for strict environmental protection policies and can effectively
avoid secondary pollution caused by the transfer of construction
waste.
3. Efficient and fast, the recycling equipment avoids the tedious
early planning and investment in the construction cycle of fixed
equipment, and improves the utilization rate of the equipment.
Work Process:
1. Load construction waste (such as concrete, bricks, wood, metal,
etc.) into the inlet of the recycling equipment through equipment
such as forklifts, loaders or conveyors.
2. Large pieces of garbage are coarsely crushed through the
preliminary crusher to break large pieces of materials into smaller
pieces.
3. The materials after preliminary crushing enter the vibrating
screening machine, and materials of different sizes are separated
through screens of different apertures.
4. The screened materials enter the magnetic separator/air
separator to separate metal and non-metallic materials. Magnetic
separators can recycle ferromagnetic metals, and air separators can
remove light debris such as plastics and paper.
5. Non-metallic materials such as concrete, bricks, etc. enter the
fine crusher (such as hammer crusher, impact crusher) for secondary
crushing to break them into the required fineness.
6. The crushed recyclable materials (such as recycled concrete,
brick slag, etc.) are transported to the storage area through
conveyor belts or loaders or directly loaded into trucks for
transportation.
