Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Automatic board separation function
The equipment adopts automatic board separation technology, which can quickly and accurately cut the whole PCB into individual PCB panels.
By dividing the board by the robot arm and the blade, the efficiency of board separation and production efficiency are greatly improved.

Flexible size adaptability
It can be quickly adjusted according to the size of the PCB board, suitable for PCB boards of various specifications.
The maximum board separation size supported is 600mm×400mm, covering most SMT production needs.

The high-precision board separation mechanism and positioning system are adopted to ensure that the accuracy of each board separation is as high as ±0.1mm.
It can effectively avoid damage or burrs to the PCB board during the segmentation process.
