Introduction:

Polyester Sludge Dewatering belt is also called Press-filter fabrics which is mainly used for sludge dehydration, paper pulp and juice squeeze, mine smelting, mine tailing disposal and other pressure filtration industries.

The polyester sludge dewatering belt have the characteristics of good water permeability, air permeability and non-revealed sludge,acid-resisting and alkali-resisting. Because of theirs designing structure, the sludge can be peel off easily from the filter cake, so the screen are easily cleaned and have a long working time. Mainly matching with belt type filter press, vacuum rubber belt filter and horizontal vacuum belt filter.

How to connection:

The edges of the sieve are smoothed by thermal sealing, reinforced in a width of about 4 cm with a two-component flexible adhesive. The sieves are connected into an endless strip by a demountable stainless steel (AISI 316) clipper joint. Another option for connecting the sieve into an endless strip is a woven non-separable joint, which has a longer service life than the clip joint, but can only be used on machines that allow the installation of an endless belt.
