LQRY Series Thermal Oil Centrifugal Pump
Description
The LQRY series thermal oil pump has the characteristics of reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, long-term stable operation without leakage under hot conditions, and safety and reliability without additional cooling system.
Characteristics
The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted,
with high-temperature resistant packing used for packing seal,
which has good thermal traceability. The mechanical seal uses hard
alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear
resistance, ensuring the sealing performance under high temperature
conditions.
The use of third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a lip
seal has made a leap in sealing performance, increasing reliability
by 25 times compared to rubber seals and enhancing corrosion
resistance

Application
The LQRY type thermal oil pump can be widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, grease, boilers, construction, road maintenance, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, fiber containing textiles, printing and dyeing, food, etc. It is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids without solid particles, with a operating temperature of ≤ 350 ° C.
