Intro:

The electric heating core is energized at the axis of the character wheel, heating the character wheel, and hot stamping the characters onto PVC hose, heat shrink tube, film or insulated wire, nylon or PTFE through a ribbon coated with pigment and resin. It can make hot stamp marking clearly, which will not fade or fade away, is water-resistant, oil-resistant and heat-resistant.

It is an internationally advanced wire wiring marking tool and a special equipment for various mechanical and electrical products. Composed of characters A～Z, 0～9, +, -, /space (can also be customized), font size 2.4×2.4, 1.8x1.8, 1.2×1.2, character surface flat or curved (R1～R14, can be customized), The number of digits is 7 to 30, any number. The material of the character wheel is copper or 45# steel. The operating temperature of the equipment depends on the material and generally ranges from 60 to 180°C.

Hot transfer ribbon(white and black) decides the marking color. Operator can select the suitable ribbon color depends on the wire color.

Easy opeartor: Operator just need to set the characters and set the temperature, then put wires into fixture and stop ont he foot pedal, the pre-set characters will be marked on wires.
