The spiral split extrusion die is specially designed for extruding PE raw materials. The mould is low pressure channel spiral or blue die design ensures the extrusion of PE pipes at low temperature and high plasticization, and the specially designed spiral temperature control at the core of the die ensures the good performance of PE pipes;

For different raw materials, the multi-layer co-extrusion die has the characteristics of low cost and low elasticity. The easy adjustment and uniform extrusion characteristics of the die ensure the uniform melting pressure and flow, and the uniform and smooth appearance of the pipe.
