The Allen Bradley 1769-L30ERM is one version a CompactLogix 5370 controller that can run up to 32 tasks at a time. This module is equipped with a user memory of 1 MB and an optional nonvolatile 1784-SD1 card with 1 GB of additional memory. The controller’s current draw at 5 Volts DC and at 24 Volts DC are 500 mA and 225 mA, respectively. The maximum power dissipation of the 1769-L30ERM is 4.5 W. This module is 2.17 inches wide and can be mounted on a panel or DIN rail.

The AB 1769-L30ERM can send and receive messages on multiple networks and control any distributed Input or output. This module supports a temporary connection from your computer via a USB connection. The Ethernet/IP network provides a full suite of control services, configuration features, and data collection systems. The 1769-L30ERM supports Quality of Service (QoS) technology that allows controllers to prioritize Ethernet/IP network traffic. Please verify that the Ethernet/IP device uses the latest firmware revision or it will be unable to support Quality of Service (QoS) technology.
