2. Technological process of rack electroplating

Racking→Alkaline degreasing→Electrolytic degreasing→Water rinsing→Pickling→Water rinsing→Zinc plating→Water rinsing→Bright Dipping→Water rinsing→Passivation→Water rinsing→Hot water rinsing→Drying→Put down


3. Main process introduction


Alkaline degreasing:remove the oil on the surface of products
Electrolytic degreasing: further remove the oil on the surface of products to ensure the binding force of the coating .
Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of products and activate the product surface .
Water rinsing: clean the product thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual contamination of the tank.
Zinc plating: the product is coated with a uniform coating.
Bright dipping:Remove the alkaline film on the surface of zinc layer and increase the brightness of zinc layer.
Passivation:increase corrosion resistance of zinc layer to prevent white rust during transportation.
Hot water rinsing:clean the surface of product and improve the temperature of the proucut itself

ZnCl2 30-70 g/L
KCl 200-260 g/L
H3BO3 25-35 g/L
Wake up agent 16-25 ml/L
Brightening agent 0-1 m1/L
