Handheld welding is mainly aimed at laser welding of long-distance and large workpieces, overcoming the limitations of workbench travel space. During welding, the heat affected area is small, which will not cause deformation, blackening, or traces on the back. Moreover, the welding depth is large, the welding is firm, and the melting is sufficient. It can not only achieve thermal conductivity welding, but also continuous deep penetration welding, spot welding, butt welding, overlap welding, sealing welding, seam welding, etc.
HanWei 1500w Handheld Laser Welding Machine adopt high quality and famous brand laser source, integrated water chiller inside of machine. The machine with HW single motor wobble laser welding head. The single motor welding gun working area can adjustable through laser beam diameter control 0.5-5mm size. The Laser output Mode also have different mode for selection such as CW, QCW, PWM, Argon.
1500w laser can weld stainless steel up to 4mm and aluminum up to 3mm by high speed and high efficiency.
