Therefore, the specific strength of CFRP, that is, the ratio of strength to density of CFRP can reach more than 2000 MPA / G / cm 3, while the specific strength of A3 steel is only about 59 MPA / G / cm 3, and its specific modulus is also higher than that of steel.

Roll wrapped prepreg carbon fiber tubes are constructed using multiple wraps of twill and/or unidirectional fabrics. Rolled tubes are ideal for applications that require the highest bending stiffness and lowest weight, such as automation robotics, telescoping poles, idler rollers, and UAV components. The standard finish is cello-wrapped gloss, but a smooth sanded finish is also available.

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.
