CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine, also called fast change Steel Purlin Making Machine or C Z channel Interchangeable Roll Forming Machine, can be used to produce both C Purlin and Z Purlin with various sizes, in different thickness, and with punch on web and flange side.

The CZ shape Interchange unit and Size Change unit of Fully Automatic CZ Purlin Machine both are controlled by PLC and change by set on touch panel.

• Installation of the plant: One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for installing, commission and training. The buyer has to pay USD100/per day and visa fee, air tickets fee, accommodation and food, necessary communication and insurance, etc.
• Quality Guarantee: 1year warranty, Starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment.

After sale service

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
