Product Description:

Meilong Tube is an expert in the manufacture and supply of seamless and redrawn, welded and redrawn coiled tubing. It can be made of various corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steels and nickel alloy grades. This tubing is mainly used in the oil and gas and geothermal industries. Its unique capabilities and processes make it able to produce the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing available in the stainless steels and high nickel alloys. This tubing also has a short hydraulic response time, excellent collapse strength and low methanol permeation.

Duplex 2205 is a nitrogen-enhanced duplex stainless steel that is designed to combat the common corrosion issues of the 300 series stainless steels. It contains approximately 40-50% ferrite in the annealed condition, providing it with good stress corrosion cracking resistance and high strength. It also has excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, making it suitable for marine, brackish water and closed loop water systems. Despite its advantages, its use should be limited to temperatures below 600° F to avoid embrittlement.

Features:

Each one of our tubing coils is a completely continuous length free of any orbital welds. We thoroughly hydrostatic tested each coil at a minimum of 10,000 psi and provide third party inspections (SGS, BV, DNV) for on-site witnessing of such testing. Furthermore, tests such as Eddy current, chemicals, flattening, flaring, tensile, yield, elongation, and hardness ensure the quality of our materials.

Finally, we conduct vacuum annealing for our injection lines to ensure the cleanliness of both inner and outer surfaces. This process also helps maintain a bright, aesthetically pleasing surface as well as excellent mechanical properties.
