The vacuum emulsifier mixer mainly consists of water tank, oil tank, emulsifying tank (main tank), vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system (optional), button or PLC control system, operation platform, etc.

2. For the hydraulic lifting system, there are single cylinder and double cylinder lifting system. This machine is adopted with double cylinder hydraulic lifting system, which has stronger, safer and more stable liting system.
3. The machine combined with 3 tanks, main tank + water tank + oil tank. Water tank and oil tank are auxiliary equipments that can reduce production time. For example, while main tank is making products, water tank and oil tank would be preparing raw material, and when main tank is ready to make next batch of product, it can get ready material from the other two tanks to save heating time.
