Product Introduction

This product JS500 is double shaft forcing type concrete mixer with 800 Liter mixing capacity, it is the main machine of HZS25 concrete mixer plant and it can be used as a simple type mixing plant combined with PLD800 batching machine. The concrete mixer is a multi-function mixer,can be applied to mix dry-hard concrete,plastic concrete,light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar.

1. Mixing blades

The mixing system adopt the design of multi mixing blades, free of dead corner, which enables to have the perfect mixing efficiency in a short time.

2. Electric lubricating pump

National patent host monitoring system can monitor hydraulic pump ,retarder oil temperature, oil level. Users could discover and deal with faults in time, which could improve the service life.

3. Gear box(Reducer)

Adopt Italy gear box, long service life,lower noise, no oil leakage.

4. Axle-end seal

Shaft end seal with unique pressure differential multiple sealing technique, where there was a substantial increase of shaft service life.

5. Discharging system

Advanced hydraulic discharging door . In condition of sudden power outage ,the discharging door can be opened by hand, prevent concrete from lumping in the mixer.
