V-type ball valve Features

The V-type ball valve is a regulating ball valve with a V-shaped ball core. The valve core is a 1/4 spherical shell with a V-shaped gap. It has the characteristics of large flow capacity, shear force, and tight closing. According to the V-shaped angle formed by the V-shaped ball core and the pipe, as the ball rotates, the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve can use the change of the middle opening area to adjust the flow rate, and can cut off the impurities in the fluid and close it. It is suitable for pulp, Control of mortar and viscous fluid .

Application of V-type Regulating Ball Valve​

V-type ball valve has good cut-off performance and adjustment performance, and is widely used in the control of pulp, sewage, suspended media containing fibers and solid particles, high-temperature steam, dry gas and other media. Generally, V-type ball valves are single-sealed ball valves. Suitable for two-way use.

Pneumatic V-type ball valve features.

1. The V-type regulating ball valve has the inherent flow characteristics and linear characteristics of approximately equal percentage; it adopts double bearing structure, small starting torque, and has excellent sensitivity and induction speed;

2. There is a V-shaped notch on the ball core of the V-shaped ball valve. When it is closed, the V-shaped notch and the hard-sealed valve seat generate a strong shear force, which can cut off the fibrous medium and effectively prevent the ball core from being stuck;

3. The V-shaped regulating ball valve has a V-shaped spool structure, which can ensure the accuracy and precision of control in the entire range even in the working condition of small flow rate or high viscosity medium;

4. V-type ball valves are generally used together with valve positioners and other accessories. They are suitable for various adjustment occasions. The rated flow coefficient is large, the adjustment performance is sensitive, and the adjustable range can be installed vertically or horizontally.
