Description

Adsorption, so that oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flows out from the outlet and is stored in the oxygen buffer tank, and the molecular sieve that has completed the adsorption in the other tower is rapidly depressurized, and the adsorbed components are resolved, and the two towers alternately circulate, that is Inexpensive oxygen with a purity of ≥90% is available.
