Product Description and Application


GH4163 is also known as Nimonic263, alloy263, NO7263

GH4163 superalloy is Ni-Cr-Co base precipitation hardened deformed superalloy, the use temperature can reach 850℃. The alloy has good oxidation resistance under 800℃, high yield strength, high creep strength, small strain aging crack tendency, good cold and heat fatigue resistance. The alloy has satisfactory formability and weldability. It is suitable for making plate welded structural parts and bearing parts of main combustion chamber and afterburner on the aircraft engine.
