The fixed backrest seat mainly consists of a back frame, backrest cushion, seat cushion, bracket, etc. The backrest skeleton generally adopts two types of materials, one is fiberglass and the other is stainless steel. The skeleton mainly bears the back force of passengers when riding, so it must have sufficient strength and stiffness, and must meet the structural requirements of the backrest cushion, as well as the connection requirements with the lower bracket. The backrest cushion is mainly composed of polyurethane high rebound foam cushion material and flame retardant textile fabric. The design of the cushion material should meet the requirements of ergonomics, and all physical and flame retardant performance indicators should meet the requirements of TB/T3138-2006. The seat cushion is mainly composed of the connection of polyurethane high resilience foam cushion material, flame-retardant textile fabric and bracket fixation. The design requirements of the cushion material are the same as those of the cushion. The design of the installation structure should meet the requirements of convenience and reliability.

In order to facilitate installation and transportation, the seat is designed into several modules: backrest assembly, seat cushion assembly, bracket assembly, etc. Each module is securely connected with fasteners.
