This series fuse are ceramic bolt type fuse,mainly designed for energy storage system,low speed vehicle(BDU,PDU,pack,MSD,charging pile,charging module system),solar inverter etc.We are Dissmann Fuse for nearly 10 years of deep cultivation in charging pile filed,it has become the main supplier of many leading companies.The rated current range of the EV series fuse is 10A to 500A,rated voltage is 500VDC,breaking capacity up to DC20KA.

Structure of the EV fuse

The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.

The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.
