How to Properly Install and Use Air Springs?

1. The piston rod of the rubber air bag must be installed downward, not upside down, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and buffering performance.

2. The decision of the fulcrum installation position is the guarantee that the rubber air bag can work correctly. The rubber air bag must be installed in the correct way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the rubber air bag will often automatically open the door.

3. The rubber air bag should not be affected by inclined force or transverse force in the work. Not to be used as handrail.

4. In order to ensure the reliability of the seal, the surface of the piston rod shall not be damaged. It is strictly prohibited to paint and chemical substances on the piston rod. It is also not allowed to install the rubber air bag in the required position before spraying and painting.

5. Rubber air bag is a high pressure product, it is strictly prohibited to analyze, bake, smash.

6. The piston rod of the rubber air bag is strictly prohibited from rotating to the left. If you need to adjust the direction of the joint, you can only turn to the right.

7. Ambient temperature: -35℃-+70℃. (Specific manufacture 80℃)

8. The installation of the connection point should be flexible in rotation without jamming.

9. The selection size should be reasonable, the size of the force should be appropriate, and the stroke size of the piston rod should leave a margin of 8 mm.
