Flame-retardant correx sheets is also called fireproof corrugated plastic sheetsf, fire rated coroplast sheets. It is a pp hollow board with flame-retardant effect by adding flame retardant to PP polypropylene raw material through extrusion molding. Usually flame-retardant correx sheet is divided into three grades, V2, V1 , V0. The flame-retardant hollow board can automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source and will not become a fire-inducing material.
Among them, the most advanced fire rated coroplast is V0 level, and the lowest level is v2 level. Our factory can only produce V0-level fire-resistant corrrex sheets. This level of fire-resistant hollow panels can fully meet the needs of most customers.
Fireproof Corrugated plastic correx sheets have the characteristics of low density, non-toxic, colorless, odorless, corrosion resistance, and good heat resistance. Through flame retardant modification, it can be applied to components with flame retardant requirements in home appliances, automobiles and other fields to meet the requirements of electrical products.
Application of fire rated coroplast sheets:
(1) Make backing boards in special environments, such as floor protection at the welding operation site, backing plates under the oven for printed products, and backing plates in new energy batteries
(2) Make a flame-retardant correx box to store products with special requirements.
(3) The current ventilation ducts of the farm are also made of flame-retardant hollow board.
