Product Description:
The TPS560430YFQDBVRQ1 is a highly efficient synchronous step-down
DC/DC converter designed to provide a regulated output voltage in
space-constrained, cost-sensitive applications. The device features
wide input voltage range, low quiescent current, and high
efficiency up to 95%. The device’s integrated power MOSFETs allow
the device to provide up to 3A of continuous output current with
excellent line and load regulation. The device also includes a
power-saving sleep mode with a programmable threshold as well as
overvoltage, overcurrent and thermal protection.
