Q:Are you manufacturer? A:Yes,we are leading manufacturer in China with more than 10 year'experience.
Q:What can your machine do? A:Our machine can produce paper cup, paper bowl, ice cream paper cone, paper plate, and other paper containers with different machines.
Q:What size of the cup/bowl you can make? A:It depends on machine models, we can make the size of 2oz to 22oz cup, 20 to 50oz bowl and other different sizes to meet customer's requirements.
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? A:Quality is priority. Our Factory always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end: 1).Skilful technicians care every step the producing and packing processes. 2).Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process. 3). We will send testing video to custmer and do video inspection. 4). Custmer also can send person to finally check machine when it is ready.
Q:Do you have manual with the machine? A:Yes,of course.It is in English version. We also have video of how to run machine and change mould.

A:Our machine warranty is one year start from machine arrive the client’s place, the parts can be replaced for free within one year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.
