Cold storage rapid door widely used in food, chemical, textile, electronics, supermarket, cold storage, logistics, warehousing and other production efficiency, dust-free and high temperature level requirements.

Insulated PVC sandwich fabric: double skin is 0.8mm PVC fabric, and inside is filled with high-denisity insulating rock wool, total thickness is 20mm.

2. Motor and control system

Italy servo technology, With more accurate limiting and much longer work life than traditional brake motor.

3. Steel structure

Thickness: 1.5 mm for guidrail and 1.0 mm for cover box.

Material: galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel.

4. Zipper design:

Use zipper to connect the fabric with frame side guide rail as a whole body, realizing better sealing performance and air-tightness. And when there is accident collision, the fabric can get out from guide rail and return automatically, this reduces daily maintance.

5. Anti-freezing heating design:

All-round heating wire belts are used to avoid freezing of door structure. This can avoid demage for fabric and driving system when the door is frozen steadily in low temperature room.

6. Safety performance

A. Safety photo cell sensor.

When there is human or vehicle under the door, the door will stop closing and get up automatically. This will avoid accident collisions.

B. Safety bottom airbag sensor

When the bottom bar of the door touches something, it will stop closing immediately and get up automatically.

C. Alarm light

When the door opens or closes, the lamp will keep flashing to warn passing human or vehicles.
