IPX9K High temperature and high pressure jet spray test chamber is designed according to IEC60529. “K” is a code special for vehicle.IPX9K fan jet and jet distribution for test device to verify protection against high pressure/steam jet cleaning. It is applied to electrical equipment in road vehicles, motors, electric components and auto parts to do the waterproof test. After the test, the user can judge if the performance of the product can meet the requirements or not, and then do the re-designing and improvement.

IPX9K High temperature and high pressure jet spray test chamber uses the scientific design makes the device capable of realistic simulation drip, water spray, splashing water, environmental, water and so on. Into the overall control system and the use of inverter technology, making the rotation angle of rainfall in the test frame, spray angle and swing the pendulum swinging spray volume can automatically adjust the frequency.

If the products is easy to install and training, customers can learn the operation and maintenance manual to installation and use.
If the products is hard to use, customers can come LIB factory to learn how to installation and use. And our engineers have a passport, we can go to overseas.

Warranty condition:
(1). Our company will repair the product, if the product, the material of the parts, the design and manufacturing of the products raised hardware problems caused by product itself rather than human error within three years warranty period since the date of dispatching by the customer.
(2). Our company repairs the products, but will collect the basic costs of the spare parts after the warranty period, but service is free always.

How to Service?
1,At first, our test chambers are produced based on 20 years product lifetime. So will not easy to break down. Normally once test chambers have problems, we judge the problems, and send spare parts to our customers, and teach them how to change new parts on by email or video. Within 3 years, all spare parts and shipping cost (by DHL, TNT, and FedEx) paid by LIB.

2, If customer need to send our engineers to customers' work place, the customer company only need pay the ticket accommodation to our Engineers, service is for free.

3, If Products still can't use after our engineers repair, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge.
