DHY Type Biodiesel Auto Discharge Stack Centrifuge Marine Oil Separator

Overview:

DHY type disc stack centrifuge separator is mainly used for liquid-liquid and liquid-liquid-solid separations the suspension with solids size bigger than 0.5µm and content between 1% and 10%. This machine has strong separation ability. It can be operated manually, automatically and remotely. It is simple in structure and easy in maintenance.

Working principle:

The bowl rotates at a high speed round the main axis driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair. Stock liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bottom of the bowl and be separated through holes of disc seat. Under the action of centrifugal force, the heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl and flowing up along them, it will be discharged by the heavy liquid pump though the heavy liquid outlet. The light liquid flows along the inner wall of discs into center pipe will be discharged by the light liquid pump through the light liquid outlet. The larger solid phase particles left will be sedimentated on the bowl's wall and then be discharged out through the solid sludge outlet controlled by the sliding bowl.

It is suitable for the separation of:

Vegetable oil: Coconut oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil, lemon oil, avocado oil, core oil, palm oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil, mustard oil and etc..

Animal oil: Fish oil and other animal oil.

Mineral oil: Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils.
