Cost Analysis of The Plastic Pyrolysis Plant
Huayin supplies various designs and capacities for the pyrolysis machine , including batch type Mini 10kg , HY-750kg , HY-4T,HY-6T,-HY-8T,HY-10T,HY-15T and continuous type HY-30T. Their price is quite different. Generally ,customers prefer batch type machine as its price of the batch type pyrolysis machine is much lower than the continuous type, so customers can get profits in the shortest time. So please confirm the capacity you need and your raw material , our sales consultants will recommend you most suitable configuration.
It doesn’t require a lot of space for a small capacity machine ,however, If you plan to purchase multiple equipments , then you need prepare enough land for the devices. If it is an open space , we recommend customers build a shed for the devices. We will provide layout designs for each order.
Generally ,3-4 workers are needed for each set of machine , 6-8 workers are enough for 10 sets machine . The combustible gas produced from plant A can be used for the Plant B , saving your heating material greatly. So that’s one of the reasons that why large projects are more likely to be profitable.
