we are a manufacture of producing the melamine short cycle hot press in China, our machine is suitable for laminating the melamine impregnated paper in one side or both sides of particle board , MDF ,HDF to produce furniture board, door skin, laminating flooring etc

The automatic laminating line adopts PLC controller and HMI control, fast reponse, high position accuracy, to save labor cost and improve the productivity. So, it has the feature of stable performance, high production efficiency, and easy operation.

This assembly line comprises of different machines, and some optional devices could be installed to realize other functions if requested, such as brusher, vacuum loader, vacuum unloader, auto trimmer, cooling line, stacking device, etc

Main equipments: hot press, hydraulic lifting platform, hooking plate mechanism, dust removal mechanism, positioning roller line, vacuum transferring machine, paper shelf, loading system, unloading system, trimming mechanism, turning board mechanism, checking & stoking mechanism.
