Compound steel grating plate for Hot dipped galvanized steel grating for construction:

1.The compound steel grating plate consists of steel grating plate with certain loading ability and surface seal retreader.
2.After hot dip zinc treatment, the compound steel grating plate will warp and distort because of the heat, espacially the great model steel grating plate, difficult to smooth; please note the shaping.

3.The compound steel grating plate commonly takes series 3 steel grating plate as basic plate, also can use series 1 or series 2 steel grating plate. Retreader usually uses 3mm plate, also can uses 4mm, 5mm, 6mm plate.

1>Bearing bar shapes: plain or serrated or I bar type.

2>Bearing Bar Pitch (center to center): 30, 40, 60mm are recommended,but we can also do it under customer's request.

3>Bearing Bar (Load Bar) Specifications (mm):The specification(thickness of bearing bar)of plain type and serrated type is 20 x 3 to 100 x 10;

4>Cross bar pitch(mm) :38, 40, 50, 60, 76, 80, 100, 110, 120 etc.

Tolerance of hot dip galvanized steel grating

The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm.

The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar.

Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
