Product Introduction

fried noodles making machine continuous frying pan. The conveyor belt holds the box made of stainless steel. When frying, the noodles are set in a box to prevent crushing. Cover the box to prevent the surface from escaping from the box. The lid is fixed on another conveyor chain which runs synchronously with the box output chain. When it is placed in the box face to face, the lid closes immediately. After frying out of the pot, the lid automatically detaches and the noodles are poured out of the box. It takes about 70 seconds for noodles to pass through the pan.

The frying temperature is 140 at the population and 155 at the exit. The oil pan fuel is heavy oil, which can automatically adjust the temperature.

The top of the oil pan is equipped with exhaust pipe, and small oil droplets can be recovered.
